We exclude the following from caching: /members/, /register/, /activate/, /activity/,/messages/, /notifications/, /settings/, /friends/, /groups/, /profile/, /login/, /wp-login.php, /members/$, /view-members/ obviously, 1 url per line without the comma, so shouldn’t be a caching issue. I did witness it one time, it flashed up the authorisation message quickly and then disappeared. It didn’t affect me, I could view the messages, but several users reported that they couldn’t do anything until authorised, but there isn’t any authorisation. All of my members are assigned member status. We have over 4,300 members
