End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a binding agreement between you (“User” or “you”) and WordPlus Messenger (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, installing, or using WordPlus Messenger, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using WordPlus Messenger, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement and all terms, policies, and guidelines incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, you may not use WordPlus Messenger.
2. License Grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use WordPlus Messenger solely for your personal, non-commercial use, strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
3. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use WordPlus Messenger to create, upload, transmit, or distribute any content that is illegal, abusive, harassing, violent, obscene, pornographic, discriminatory, or otherwise objectionable.
- Engage in behavior that is abusive, harassing, threatening, or that otherwise violates the rights of others.
- Misuse WordPlus Messenger in a way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair its functionality or security.
4. No Tolerance for Objectionable Content
WordPlus Messenger has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Any use of WordPlus Messenger that involves creating or distributing objectionable content or engaging in abusive behavior will result in immediate termination of your access and potential reporting to relevant authorities if necessary.
5. Content Monitoring and Reporting
We reserve the right to monitor content shared on WordPlus Messenger to enforce this Agreement. Users may report any content or behavior that violates this Agreement by [providing instructions for reporting, such as an email address or in-app feature]. We take all reports seriously and will take appropriate action as necessary.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to WordPlus Messenger at any time and without notice if you breach this Agreement or engage in objectionable or abusive behavior.
7. Changes to the Agreement
We may update this Agreement from time to time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Agreement. Continued use of WordPlus Messenger after the update signifies your acceptance of the revised terms.
