    Hi, I installed the free BP Message but the notification alert counter did not show up.. is it error on my side ? or how I should make it appear?

    sorry it seems not working? where will this appear? it will add counts to the notification bell?

    I don`t know, how your notification bell working, possible it displaying buddypress notifications, which are added only time to time for unread messages.
