I tried to reproduce this, but had no success. Probably you have some CSS which transforms case of text?

Maybe you did not enabled ability to make photo in plugin settings.

Select folder allows to select whole folder, its not exactly the same feature as file select.

Not sure if I changed something, will check.

Seems like there is no enough PHP memory limit for your website.

Increase PHP memory limit to 256MB or more at your hosting PHP settings.
That should fix the problem.

To debug the cron job, highly recommend the WP Crontrol plugin:

It will show if your cron jobs works properly or not.

Also notice that plugin does not sends already read messages in emails and does not send notifications while user is online.

Its more related to your PHP configuration of your error level log.
Sometimes it can spam the log with no reason. But I will check if I can fix something there to avoid that warning.
